Firstly, let me say I feel your pain because I was in similar situation not too long ago. At the time it was horrible but (as cliche as it sounds) I learned from my mistakes and became better student because of it. Now, for the advice…this is tough since I do not know your professor. My first suggestion would be to come clean to your professor and ask him for help. This would show that you are truly dedicated and maybe get your professor on your good side. Your looking for a grade so, unfortunately, your one goal is to please your professor. Another thing you can do is find an old professor you liked and seek his help…seeing the time of year, finals should be coming soon and time is running out. Whatever you do, you better be prepared to work the hardest you ever worked before.
Lastly, sometimes professors allow for some post final review work for grade boosts, see if that is an option as well, Best Of Luck!
